Media List

All media is stored in a list, updates, bulk actions and management can be performed from within the list.

Searching Images

Follow these steps to find an image from the list:

1. Click Configure Media | the media list will be displayed

2. Enter a search term, Name or apply Category | Subcategory filters

3. Click Search

Editing Images

Follow these steps to edit an image:

1. Click Edit to make any changes to a selected image file

2. Update the Name | Category | Subcategory and Alt Text as required

   Zonal recommends updating images to belong to a selected category / subcategory when there are large number of images files within media manager as this help to keep them organised

3. Click Update, or Click Delete Permanently to remove the image

Bulk Actions

Bulk actions can be performed on a selected list of images which enables updates quickly rather than individually managing images.

Follow these steps to perform bulk actions:

1. From the filtered media list either

   • Select individual image file by setting the clicking the check box

   • Click Select All

2. Select the required Bulk Action from the drop down

   • Configure | click Apply

     • Update the Category | Subcategory - this will update all files to the new selections

     • Click Bulk Update

   • Delete | click Apply

     • Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete
